Dr. Jaekyung Koh received a Ph.D. degree in public administration from the Graduate School of Environmental Studies at Seoul National University and has been working as a senior research fellow at Gyeonggi Research Institute since 2006. Her research interests are regional climate change and energy policy and sustainable development. She is a member of 2050 Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth Commission. Her major papers include “Decoupling Analysis of Economic Growth and Greenhouse Gas Emissions of Regional Local Governments in Korea”(co-author) and “A Study on Change in Climate Change Adaptation Governance of Korean Local Governments”, etc.
